SinfoníaRx announced that it has been awarded Drug Therapy Management Accreditation from URAC, a Washington, DC based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the healthcare industry. URAC’s DTM Accreditation standards assess a range of professional activities, including formulating medication treatment plans, monitoring efficacy and safety of medication therapy and enhancing medication adherence through patient empowerment and education.

SinfoníaRx and Walmart come Together to Improve Medication Utilization

June 3, 2015

Medication therapy management (MTM) technology developed by SinfoníaRx will now be utilized by Walmart pharmacies to improve patient health outcomes. SinfoníaRx’s technology, originally developed by researchers and faculty at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy, is currently used by pharmacists at the University of Arizona and The Ohio State University to monitor prescription use for approximately 300 health plans representing more than 6 million patients nationally.

SinfoníaRx Founders Selected to Receive Pinnacle Award
