Reducing the risk. How does diabetes affect lives?
Together we can save lives by preventing the onset of one common disease that can lead to many life-threatening complications. 88 million American adults have prediabetes and most don’t even know it. Prediabetes is associated with elevated glucose level but has not developed into type 2 diabetes yet. It’s a chance to stop diabetes in its tracks. Diabetes can lead to more serious conditions that can cost people their lives. We can be a part of the solution by providing access to highly trained lifestyle coaches that have been proven to make a difference in people’s lives and prevent type 2 diabetes.
