COMPLIANCE REPORTING

Use this information to report concerns involving potential violations of Compliance, Privacy, and Code of Conduct. If reporting anonymously, please be as detailed as possible in describing the potential violation without giving information that will identify the reporting party. Reports of code violations will be investigated promptly and confidentially. It is contrary to the SinfoníaRx Code to intimidate or impose retribution on any employee who reports a suspected or actual violation of the Code. Employees are guaranteed non-intimidation and non-retaliation for good faith participation in the compliance program, including but not limited to, reporting potential issues, investigating issues, conducting self-evaluations, audits and remedial actions, and reporting to appropriate officials.
